2 first names, another psychopath...
Hello, my name is Thierry MICHEL. Yes, I know, two first names sound a bit like a psychopathic serial killer, like Emile LOUIS, Guy GEORGES, or Patrick HENRY... But don't worry, you have no chance of being charged with complicity in a sordid case of filthy murders if you regularly visit my blog. I have my contacts with the local police...
My story
Born in the heart of winter 1962 in Arles, I followed my parents to Draguignan at the age of 7. Passionate about clouds from a young age, I naturally joined the National Meteorology Service in September 1981, which has since become Météo France. After military service at the Dijon-Longvic weather station, I was assigned to Le Bourget. Eager to return to my home region, I was transferred to Nice in February 1986. After 10 years of good and loyal service at Nice Côte d'Azur airport, I decided to migrate to Tahiti in July 1996. Being passionate about meteorology and having the opportunity to practice my profession in Tahiti was the Holy Grail for me. Forced to leave paradise after 6 years, I joined the National School of Meteorology in Toulouse where I taught hundreds of technical and engineering students, among other things, cloud recognition for over 17 years. But stung by the Tiare, as they say, I was lucky enough to get a new position in Fenua, the birthplace of my daughter Maréva, to finish my career and retire there.
