Every day families arrive in Tahiti, overwhelmed by suitcases full of things to comfortably spend a few weeks in Polynesia. And some of them have another flight in the evening to another island or atoll, or even a boat to Moorea. In this case, find a luggage storage to leave your heavy load safely and thus be able to fully enjoy your day on the "Pearl of the Pacific" can really be a lifesaver. Moreover, while 23 kilos are allowed on major international lines, 13 only are on Polynesia's domestic routes, with the exception of divers who, upon presentation of a sports license, are entitled to more for their diving equipment. All the more reason to unload a little before leaving. In any case, don't panic! Several luggage storage solutions and locations are available on the island. We'll take a look at them here.
The airport, the simplest but the most expensive
Being able to store your luggage at the place of arrival is of course the most attractive solution. However, the prices charged may dissuade some people. In addition, the boxes are in limited number. In fact, only 6 units exist for small luggage not exceeding 33X58X42 centimeters at a rate of 1650 CFP per day, or approximately 14 Euros. For medium-sized luggage, 48X78X57 centimeters, 30 units storage are available for a price of 1950 CFP per day, or approximately 16 Euros. And finally for large luggage not exceeding all times 48X78X88 centimeters, 8 units are at your disposal but the price rises to 2950 CFP per day, or approximately 25 Euros. Special rates are also applied for items such as surfboards, 2000 CFP per day or approximately 15,50 Euros, baby seats, 1800 CFP is around 15 Euros, baby strollers, 1500 CFP is around 12,50 Euros or the golf bags, 2500 CFP is around 21 Euros. Payment is easily made on site automatically with a blue cardThe instruction is open 24 hours a day and you can access it as many times as you want during the entire rental period.

Fenua Lockers, how does it work?
Fenua Lockers offers 7 drop-off points in Tahiti. The principle is very simple. Before leaving for your dream destination, you will need to create an account on the website Fenua Lockers.
